Our Story

Candler West House was founded from a clear understanding that many organizations do not struggle from a lack of ideas, but from a lack of structure, clarity, and intentional execution. After working across operations, HR, project management, and business development, Ashlee saw firsthand how often teams operate in reactive cycles, without the systems needed to support sustainable growth. Candler West House was created to bridge that gap, bringing a more thoughtful, systems driven approach to how businesses operate, scale, and present themselves.

An Atlanta native, Ashlee brings a cross functional background that allows her to move seamlessly between strategy and execution. Her work centers on helping organizations run more efficiently and intentionally, whether that means building internal infrastructure, refining workflows, or creating structure within environments that are evolving quickly. She is especially drawn to operational efficiency and the underlying strategy that allows businesses to grow in a way that feels both aligned and sustainable.

Across both public and private sector roles, she has supported organizational buildouts, led hiring and workforce initiatives, and managed financial and operational processes that drive day to day performance. She is known for stepping into complex environments and creating clarity, translating ideas into systems that improve how teams function and collaborate.

Her interests extend beyond operations into business development and brand experience, with a particular focus on how social identity, culture, and environment shape the way people engage with a business or space. She views customer service as an extension of brand integrity, believing that every interaction reflects how well a business understands and values the people it serves. That perspective informs how she approaches growth, partnerships, and long term positioning.

She is also deeply drawn to curated spaces, both physical and experiential, and the way thoughtful design, flow, and attention to detail shape how something is experienced and remembered. That same lens carries into her approach to operations and strategy, where everything should feel cohesive, intentional, and well considered.

Grounded in structure but guided by experience, Ashlee brings a solutions oriented mindset with a strong appreciation for people, design, and execution. Through Candler West House, she focuses on building systems that not only function effectively, but create environments where businesses, teams, and experiences can truly thrive.
